Encap Challenge Terms & Conditions
All entries must be submitted by November 13th, 2009. The offer is good to U.S. based companies only. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. A valid entry form must accompany all applications. Note that Encap's obligations are limited solely to repair or replacement of damaged or inoperable parts or items directly manufactured by Encap Technologies. No warranty of application feasibility is made and Encap specifically disavows any assumption of product liability. The tooling to which this offer is directed may be protected under one or more US patents. Additionally, Encap may employ technology kept as a trade secret in the manufacture of this tooling. All tooling will remain the property of Encap and a license to practice any protected technology will only be provided on molded components Encap supplies. Requests which in the sole discretion of Encap do not strictly comply with the terms and conditions of this offer are invalid.
